DYM is a Canadian gymwear brand providing high-quality apparel and accessories. By placing an order through our website or Instagram/DM checkout, you agree to the terms listed below.
2. Payments
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer (Canada only).
Orders are processed once the payment is received and verified.
All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
DYM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect/ incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives:
damaged,
defective, or
incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed, unless approved by DYM.
6. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item is sold out after you place an order, you will be contacted immediately for a refund or replacement.

All payments via Interac e-Transfer use Canadian banking encryption and remain private between you and DYM.
8. Fraud Prevention
DYM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or unusual activity.
